Steps for Sleep
My Very Own Bed, our OneCommunity partner, is hosting Steps for Sleep on May 18th from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to raise money for children in need. This is their 4th annual walk and wellness event that focuses on celebrating the connection between physical activity and healthy sleep while building a sense of community. Steps for Sleep includes a 1.5 mile walk around Boom Island, a wellness fair, DJ, yoga/hula hooping, and family-friendly fun! If you are interested in participating or donating, click HERE.
