Randy Shaver Celebrity Golf Classic

The 2023 Randy Shaver Golf Classic will kick off with their Rush to the Cure gala on June 4 at Medina Entertainment Center. Highlights of the evening include live entertainment, silent and premier auction and prize pyramid. The next day, Monday, June 5 the double shotgun tournament will tee off first at 7:30AM and again at 2:00PM at Rush Creek Golf Club.
The first Randy Shaver Celebrity Golf Classic was in 1995, where they raised close to $18,000. Now, it’s one of the most successful charitable golf tournaments in the state, raising more than $9 million dollars to date. With growing contributions and support from so many, Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund was formed in 2003 to ensure all of the money raised through the golf event and other endeavors would be used to fund research and cancer related projects locally in addition to a variety of other worthy causes each year.
