Let’s Talk EVENTS!

It’s hard to believe the last in-person networking event at OffiCenters was over 13 months ago! We quickly pivoted at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to offer virtual events, knowing our community needed a way to still make new connections and stay engaged. We’ve offered at least one event a week that would provide value to our member businesses and be done remotely. Some takeaways from online networking have been so positive that OffiCenters, as well as a lot of other businesses, will continue using these platforms going forward. But, we also know that over 70% of event attendees still prefer in-person events and say engagement is the biggest hurdle in being only virtual.

OffiCenters is preparing for in-person events starting next month, as we celebrate our 40th anniversary on Tuesday, June 1st with cupcakes! We hope you can stop in to say hi and join us for treat! Thursday, June 3rd will be our first networking group at Park OffiCenter, from 9-10AM. Masks are still mandatory, and we will be following social distancing guidelines still in place. Slice of Woodbury on June 15th, from 12-1PM will also be in-person. Our PowerLunch branding series on the last Thursday of every month will continue via Zoom, and we are working on possibly adding hybrid events in the near future. More information to come soon!
