Justice4Katie Joins Anoka’s Halloween Parade!

OneCommunity Member Justice4Katie joins the largest parade in MN on October 26 with their first float in the Anoka Halloween Grande Day Parade! Their mission is to provide awareness and education to the public and our youth about the importance of safe and undistracted driving. The parade runs from 1-3:30PM and celebrates 99 years of Anoka being the Halloween capital of the world! Learn more or get involved HERE.
