We’re safe, flexible and economical! We are locally owned and operated since 1981 serving the Twin Cities business community. We care about our almost 1,700 members and work with you to promote your business. Your success is our success. Membership gives you access to all seven of our award- winning workspaces. How soon can I get started?

Now! We have all the tools to get you up and working in no time flat.

What terms do you offer?

Flexibility is key in a shared workspace. If you do not know what your company will look like in six months, keep your options open. If you need to pivot at any point, we are here to help you accomplish that. Our coworking plans are month to month.

Can I get an office for a day or a week?

Yes and Yes! This is a perfect solution if you need to escape and work on a project or need productive time to do heads down work. Rates include a private office, phone and internet. Coffee bar and positive energy are free of charge.

How do the Conference and Meeting Rooms work?

Our members are given access to the OffiCenters portal where you can book meeting rooms at a 50% discount. Non-members may reserve by contacting us through the website or calling 612-373-7070.

Is there a minimum charge or number of hours for booking a workspace?

Great question! This really sets us apart from our competition, as we have a 30 minute minimum. All of our meeting rooms can be booked for as little as 30 minutes . . . not 4 hours, not 8 hours. Just 30 minutes!

When can I use the coworking space?

You can use space at any of our 6 locations during the business day. All full-time members and elite coworkers can use the space 24/7 in their home location.

Can I be listed on the building directory?

YES, for a small one-time fee to create the directory listing. Your clients will find you with ease.

Is there a set up fee?

CoWorking packages have a one time set up fee of $75.  There is a one-month deposit charged on all packages. If we need to set-up phones or special IT needs, you will be charged time and materials based per your request. That’s it!

Is there the ability to upgrade to a full time office if I need one?

That’s the beauty of our hybrid locations! You have the ability to use the coworking space, meeting rooms and even a 24/7 office if that works for you. We have a full spectrum of flexible spaces on demand.

Can I customize my private office space?

You may bring in your own desk, artwork and equipment. OR we have plans for rental furniture if you need it. We are not a hotel and know that one size does not fit all. You can bring in what you need to do your best work.

Can I bring my kids or pets to the office?

We emphasize that this is a productive work environment. Our members come to the office to laser focus on their businesses. We ask you to leave the home distractions there so that everyone can do their best work here. Short answer: No. Unless you work at Woodbury OffiCenter! Socialized and quiet dogs are welcome, leash required.
