Celebrating 52 years. Started in 1963 by three Uptown businessmen as a way for artists to sell their wares, The Uptown Art Fair has grown to a nationally recognized three-day fine arts festival attracting more than 385,000 people.  It is the second most attended event in Minnesota next to our MN State Fair.
