1)    What would you like people to know about you and your business? I’ve been in business since 2002.

2)    Where did you get the idea for your business? I started selling real estate at Coldwell Banker and immediately aspired to have my own shop.

3)    What makes your business unique? Right now, I’m wrapping up some courses to open in California with the model of having NET-Branches in lieu of costly franchising.

4)    What is your ‘elevator speech’? Instead of opening a real estate brokerage from scratch, we basically operate as a platform to operate independently, but as part of an existing group of like-minded members.

5)    What are the keys to your success? Flexibility and innovation.

6)    What is the one piece of advice you’d like to give to others about running a business? Understand your accounting as it’s the lifeline of the business and stay dedicated to your goals.

7)    How long have you been at OffiCenters? Which location? Union Plaza for 1.5 years.

8)    How has your relationship with OffiCenters changed your business? The image is impressive and works perfect for my business model. 

9)    If you could work from anywhere under the sun, where would you choose? Somewhere with the ocean in my view.

11)  What piece of technology can you not live without? Computer for discovery and communication. I’d say a phone, but I can work so much more efficiently with a full keyboard and multiple monitors.

12)  What is one of your favorite quotes? Houston, we have a problem.

13)  When you have 30 minutes of free time, how do you use it? Run, hockey, guitar.

14)  If you had a long weekend with unlimited funds, where would you go? Greece via yacht.

15)  What is your favorite restaurant in Minnesota? Manny’s steak house.
