I have been selling group and individual health, life, dental, disability, Medicare, and long term care insurance for over 25 years.

You were chosen as this month’s Milestone Client. Tell us about your Milestone achievements.
A veteran insurance colleague challenged me by saying, “You are not successful until you’re earning at least $100,000 per year.” I first did that in 1989 and have been able to do much better ever since then.

No one likes to brag about their business, but if you HAD TO . . .
I have had the honor of winning the 5 Star Insurance Award in the TC Business Journal for the past 4 years.

We learn from our mistakes, especially in business. Give us some words of wisdom.
I have never made a mistake…haha!

Share the best advice you ever received.
My dad told me to be early for meetings and appointments. Have a few minutes to relax and prepare for them. And always be honest!

Describe your perfect day off.
On a beach, warm sun and cold beverage with friends.

What might someone be surprised to know about you?
I grew up on a small dairy farm in Iowa.

Together we are stronger. Tell us something you like about being our client.
Our St. Louis Park office is in a great location. The new lobby makes a super first impression as clients come in and our office staff is always so friendly.
