Continuum Retail Energy Services has been providing Commercial and Industrial customers with natural gas services since 1998. We currently serve over 90,000 customers in 23 states.

You were chosen as this month’s Innovator Client. What does being an Innovator mean to you?
Looking for the “Easy” for the customer. When customer have other options, if it is not Easy to do business with you, they start to think about, if not actually look for someone else to make it easy.

No one likes to brag about their business, but if you HAD TO . . .
I came to work with Continuum in 2011 when I set up shop here at OffiCenters. They brought me on to manage their markets in Iowa and Nebraska and to help them grow. Since then, we are now in South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin and growing.

We learn from our mistakes, especially in business. Give us some words of wisdom.
You can’t please everyone all of the time, but when you can please someone, do it all of the time.

The book “The Challenger Sale” is talks about EASY.  Read this book if you want to grow your business.

Describe your perfect day off.
Wake up after a restful night’s sleep, it is cool but not cold, the waves on Superior are about a foot high and you have a fresh cup of coffee and something to go with it.  The rest of the day will fall into place.

What might someone be surprised to know about you?
That I am active in Youth mentoring through sports, scouts and faith.

The flexibility to be to my clients what they need when they are with me or trying to find me.

If you could work anywhere under the sun, where would you choose?
The woods with a stream running close by.
