New Food Options Coming to Park Place East!

Did someone say LUNCH?! Park Place East, home to Park OffiCenter in St. Louis Park, is adding two new retail buildings in the South parking lot. That’s right! You’ll soon be able to walk out of the office and up to four fun fast casual restaurants, Chipotle, Sweetgreen, Snooze, and Shake Shack. Construction is expected to begin later this month and will continue through October. The area affected will be fenced in with no access through (including the entrance across from Costco). There will also be road closure for some stages of their building process. As a reminder, there is ample surface lot parking spaces on the north side of building. There will be no changes to the office building, with full workspace access at all times.
