VirtualOffiCenters selected Folu Gisanri, one of our newest clients, as our Innovator Client for June. During his 15 years in the healthcare field, Folu became all to familiar with people who suffer from chronic pain. That led him to start his business, Try Laser Today, a distributor for the LaserTouchOne alternative pain relief system. He saw a need and found a solution. That’s innovation at its best!
1) Who are you and what do you do? My name is Folu Gisanri. I get to market a device that is FDA cleared, that provides freedom from pain.
2) Which OffiCenters location does your business call ‘home-base’? Olympic Place OffiCenter in Eden Prairie.
3) How long have you been an OffiCenters client? Since January 2012
4) What is your ‘elevator speech’? Everyone that suffers with back pain, stiff neck or shoulder, hip, knee or foot pain, carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, arthritis, tennis or golf elbow, sciatica, and more, is guaranteed freedom from pain in 30 days or your money back.
5) Where did you get the idea for your business? During a time of praying, I felt led to start something in the medical field.
6) What makes your business unique? The LaserTouchOne is the only device on the market that has both laser and electrical stimulation technology.
7) What are the keys to your success? 1) Prayer. 2) Connections with OffiCenters and in particular with Lisa. 3) Testimonials of people that have begun to experience relief from pain.
8) How has officing with OffiCenters changed your business? 30% of our business is a result of our connection with OffiCenters
9) What would you like people to know about you? I LOVE PEOPLE! I am absolutely passionate about bringing significance to people’s lives. My joy is to help people discover their reason for living.
10) Do you use social media to attract clients? If so, which services do you use? Not yet, I am beginning to use Twitter in the coming days.
11) What is one of your favorite quotes? “O come, let us sing unto The Lord: Let us make a Joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.”
12) Who has been an inspiration in your life, and how? Lisa Olsonoski of OffiCenters. From the very beginning of this venture, she has taken the time to listen to me, tweak some of my ideas, and referred me to people that can help me.
13) When you have 30 minutes of free time, how do you use it? I love to sit and just listen to my wife.
14) If you could be any fictional character, whom would you choose and why? Emma, so very human – Always plunging into embarrassing mistakes. She is also very nice.
15) If you could be any animal, what would you be and why? A loin, because they are very social.
16) What is your favorite restaurant in Minnesota? Village Wok in Minneapolis
17) What is your favorite place to visit in Minnesota? The Capitol
18) What songs are included on the soundtrack to your life? “Since I Laid My Burdens”, “Just As I Am” and “Victory Is Mine”.
19) If you could paint a picture of any scenery you’ve ever seen before, what would you paint and why? Rural scenery, laid back, no gadgets, beautiful trees around, quiet, and removed from other human beings – a getaway for a short time.
20) What is your favorite part of being with OffiCenters? The employees. Lori does a great job heading up this Team. It has been wonderful getting to meet all of the employees. They are ALL so nice.
