We’ve compiled a list of the most common inquiries to help you find the information you need quickly and easily. Why choose OffiCenters?

We are safe, flexible and economical! OffiCenters is locally owned and operated and has been serving the Twin Cities business community since 1981. Our Work Awesome community includes 1,700 members and we work with you to promote your business. Your success is our success. Our memberships also give you access to all six of our award-winning workspaces.

Can I get a private office for a day or week instead of FT?

Yes, and yes! This is a perfect solution if you need to work on a project or need productive time to do heads down work. Our rates include private office space and high-speed fiber internet. Our coffee and positive energy are free of charge!

Is there a minimum number of hours for booking a meeting room?

Great question! This really sets us apart from our competition, as we have a 30-minute minimum. All our meeting rooms can be booked for as little as 30 minutes… not 4 hours, not 8 hours. Just 30 minutes!

When can I use the CoWorking space?

You can use the CoWorking space at any of our six locations during the business day. If you have a Basic Plus, Elite, Elite Plus, or Full-Time membership with us, you can access your home location 24/7.

Can I be listed on the building directory?

Yes! You can be listed on the building directory for a small one-time fee. This way, your clients can find you with ease.

What terms do you offer?

Flexibility is KEY in a shared workspace. If you do not know what your company will look like in 6 months, keep your options open! If you need to pivot at any point, we are here to help you accomplish that. Our CoWorking plans are month to month.

Can I bring my kids or pets to the office?

We emphasize that this is a productive work environment. Our members come to the office to laser focus on their businesses. We ask you to leave the home distractions there so everyone can do their best work here. However, our Woodbury OffiCenter location allows socialized and quiet dogs, but a leash is required.

Do you offer any type of networking events?

Yes! We have two networking events that occur each month within our six locations. Our Social Hour networking event takes place on the second Thursday every month and rotates between five of our locations. Our Slice of Woodbury event takes place on the fourth Tuesday of every month and always happens at our Woodbury location. These are well attended events and are a great way to network and meet our Work Awesome members!

Do you have a referral program?

We do! If you send your friends & family our way, we will give you a referral bonus to use towards your membership with us!

How do you give back to the community?

OffiCenters takes great pride in giving back to the community and is always willing to support local nonprofits however we can! We have over 15 OneCommunity Partners that we support monthly and who benefit directly from our services. When looking for new business, we always search within our OffiCenters community first. Within our member portal, we also have a directory that shows all of our Work Awesome members and their businesses so we can further support and advertise for our members!
