We are an incredibly, fast growing, company that helps Talent Acquisition Departments to find more qualified candidates by using Social Media, our HR Technology platform or HR Marketing Services. We started small as VirtualOffiCenters users, moved to our own office, then moved to Minnetonka. We are still in Minnetonka, but use the Virtual Space and conference rooms in St. Louis Park. Win-Win! We are constantly evolving and innovating with new products and services while steadily growing our national client base. We work hard, but it isn’t any good unless we can have fun too!

I have 2 recent events: First: I have so many interested people wanting to talk to SourceMob, that I can’t get to them all. Second: We just hired two new people to help me with sales!

In order to succeed, you need to make a thousand mistakes, but make them only once.
Describe your perfect day off.
Being outside in the summer (with my cell phone inside), doing a little gardening, maybe Happy Hour with neighbors and then going out for dinner.
What might someone be surprised to know about you?
I was Foreperson of a Federal Grand Jury 3 days a month for 18 months.
Together we are stronger. Tell us something you like about being our client.
I like the flexibility to use, reserve what we need without the strings.
If you could work anywhere under the sun, where would you choose?
Hmm. Remotely, from a nice home overlooking some big body of water that has excellent internet.
