CONNECT Story #5

Kevin Ehlinger with Think Creative Digital Marketing is a Full-Time Client at Olympic Place OffiCenter and has CONNECTED with many of us in the OffiCenters community. In January 2013, I relocated my 12-year-old marketing company from St. Cloud to Olympic Place OffiCenter. Soon after, I attended my first networking event where I met Lori Spiess, CEO of OffiCenters and VirtualOffiCenters, and within weeks we were working together.

Our first project was creating the 60-second video tours of the centers that you can see on their website, but has led into many additional projects as well.The biggest impact of working with Lori, however, has been the additional connections. Lori talks about her vision for OffiCenters to be more than just office space and for people to “build connections”. In my case, that has been very true.  Shortly after beginning to work with Lori, she introduced me to her contractor. I’ve now been working with Sever Construction for the past 6 months. She also referred me to several of her colleagues and we now manage all the social media for the National Global Workspace Association.  In addition, I have teamed up with other OffiCenter clients on projects.

The biggest connection has been my introducing Lori to Sheryl Hill and her ClearCause Foundation. Lori and OffiCenters have been very generous in supporting her mission of safe student travel.

Becoming part of the OffiCenters community was one of the best business decisions I have made – all because of the connections it has created.
