Kiwi Group is a boutique CRM (Customer Relationship Management) consulting firm specializing in Salesforce.com. Below, Tracy Ericksen shares a recent connection she made through a referral in our community. 

I have personally walked in the shoes of a sales person and am passionate about making technology work for the customer instead of the other way around. At Kiwi Group we take the time to truly understand how our customer’s business works so that Salesforce actually transforms their business. A majority of our business comes from referrals and that’s the highest compliment we could ask for. I received a recent referral from Lisa Olsonoski, Sales Director at OffiCenters, when she introduced me to Kris Newcomer, Executive Director of The Firefly Sisterhood, who wanted some assistance with their Nonprofit version of Salesforce. What started out as a conversation between Kris and Lisa has led to Firefly Sisterhood becoming a Kiwi Group Client that we now provide Salesforce.com services for. We have gained a wonderful new client who is offering a very unique service for women in our community who have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and couldn’t be more excited about our partnership. These connections happen all of the time at OffiCenters and it’s because their staff is committed to helping members create relationships, business opportunities and referral partners.
