I connected with Mark and Susan Trevathan, co-owners of Community Title, almost immediately upon joining OffiCenters in the Spring of 2013. As an attorney dealing with real estate, I find having a title company in the same office suite a valuable tool and resource when confronted with real estate title issues. Whether I have a need for an expert witness, or am simply seeking an outside opinion on a real estate matter, Mark and Susan are a great resource for me. Although my connection with Community Title has also produced referral work, the real value is having brainstorm partners available just down the hall. OffiCenters enhances my business beyond providing an office space by having other business professionals available to share and discuss issues common to each other’s business.
