CONNECT Story #17

Anne Pryor is a Meaningful Connector, Online Brand Strategist, LinkedIn Coach & Trainer, Future Mapper and Speaker. She works with business owners, entrepreneurs, start ups, sales and marketing executives to create their online presence to attract and create successful business opportunities. Anne joined our community in 2009 and shares some of the great connections she has made below.

I love OffiCenters! My first introduction happened in 2009; it was 7:00 am and I was waiting for the elevator at 3800 American Blvd. and noticed this high-energy woman pushing a cart with party supplies approaching the elevators. As I held the elevator for her, I introduced myself as a Career Coach and Online Strategist working in the building and asked her where she was going so early. My new friend, Lisa Olsonoski, introduced herself as the Manager of Olympic Place OffiCenter, and proceeded to invite me to the ‘networking party’ in suite 1580. After attending, I immediately signed up to be a part of this fun community and my business partners, Kathleen Crandall and Rise Kasmirski and I have been ‘raving fans’ of OffiCenters ever since.

From that first ‘meaningful connection’, I have connected dozens of my clients and friends to OffiCenters to help them launch their business in the professional and convenient location. I consider the staff at France and Park invaluable members of my team, which have helped me grown my business.

I have met numerous business connections at OffiCenters events and in the ‘touchdown spaces.’ Recently, I noticed a young person working in the CoWorking space. I tapped him on the shoulder and was surprised to see that it was Justin Fuller, my old neighbor. Justin and I have reconnected and created a ‘reverse mentorship’ arrangement, he mentors me on SEM and web strategies and I mentor him on business, career strategies, and LinkedIn connections. I also recently connected him with a company where he landed a full-time job and he still maintains his independent social media strategy business. He has also referred me to many OffiCenters contacts including Dr. Jan Hoistad, who I have the privilege to work with and share insights.

I’m so impressed with OffiCenters, every location provides exceptional staff, and state of the art business services and tools. Thanks to Lori Spiess for bringing her vision to life and for creating facilities that inspire such meaningful connections.
