CONNECT Story #14

VirtualOffiCenters loves to CONNECT and collaborate with our clients. We look to our business community for solutions and we usually find them!

This was no different when it came to determining the best solution to providing LIVE STREAM of PowerLunch to all of our locations. Initially, we talked to Kevin Ehlinger, Think Creative Digital Marketing and Dave Meyer, BizzyWeb about the basic concept and what we would need for set-up. Then, Joe Pepka, Peptronics LLC, helped with technology and training. And when we needed to know more about Google Hangouts, we turned to the Google Experts, Pat Devine and Dale Brose from LTR Digital Group.This crew was able to get the job done!

Thursday, Feb. 26 we broadcasted our first “official” LIVE STREAM PowerLunch from Park OffiCenter to all of our locations. We had a packed room at Park to hear speaker Cathy Paper, President of RockPaperStar, share her insight on How to Build Your Buzz. All other OffiCenter locations were able to participate through the magic of LIVE STREAM. In attendance were 30 people LIVE at Park and remotely 14 at Union Plaza, 8 at International Plaza, 7 at Olympic Place and 6 at France. Cathy Paper was able to get her message out to 65 people who all learned valuble information and received rave reviews from all locations! Everyone enjoyed the presentation along with a pizza lunch provided by VirtualOffiCenters.
