Billings_Carlson 12.1.14 Connect (2)Nicole E. Billings of Solution-Focused Family Law and Andrew J. Carlson of Carlson Law Office, both VirtualOffiCenter clients, first met in October 2014 in the Park OffiCenter virtual annex. They CONNECT-ed because of their common bond, Nicole recently launching her solo law practice after several years in a firm and Andrew also having a solo practice for nearly three years.

Below is their story:

Nicole’s law practice is dedicated to income-based representation in family law (divorce, custody, etc.). Andrew has a general practice (family, guardianship, estate planning, contracts, landlord-tenant, etc.). During our initial conversations it was revealed that our practices intersected in multiple ways. Immediately, we became a mutual source for legal resources and consultation. Working virtually was working out well for both of us. We were both able to maintain our home offices while enjoying the flexibility and cost effective benefits that VirtualOffiCenters provides and kept our overhead low while still providing professional service to clients. While we both appreciated the value of a virtual office, we discovered a mutual interest in occupying a full-time office. After considering our options, we now share a sun filled exterior office at Park OffiCenter. The transition was easy given that we already knew the space and the staff. In less than two weeks, we were in our new shared office space thanks to the help of Allison, Lisa, and Dayna.

Now, we look forward to growing our respective law practices in our shared office space and to meeting even more fellow OffiCenters clients. We say “thank you” to the OffiCenters staff for all their help in this exciting new chapter in our practices.
