Hot off the Press! Things are Heating Up at International Plaza…
I am THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE that as of Monday afternoon April 29, I just signed a lease at International Plaza to make the center our own. It is a very exciting time for the OffiCenter staff and clients of the center. We will be unveiling our plans for a NEW super center that will be ready for move in August 1. We have been so grateful for the opportunity to work with all of the amazing companies at International Plaza. Our management contract there has been a constant source of gratitude. Our service package is stronger with the fifth location near the airport.
One of the things I had to overcome was the inefficient floor plan of the existing 2nd floor location. We had large offices and a “maze” like quality to the hallways. In order to overcome the challenges of remodeling the existing suite, we have chosen instead to start over. We will be moving the clients, staff and all of our furniture and fixtures to a new space on the 3rd floor. It is not a change of address, but a new suite number.
In addition to moving upstairs, we will be adding the sorely needed technology infrastructure to run the business. The clients at International Plaza will be getting the Cisco Phone System and all new wireless network in addition to flat screen presentation technology in the conference rooms. We will be creating a stunning entrance with a lobby on the glass, a cyber café and co-working center. Of course, our signature Crystal Red table will be a part of the plan.
Over the next couple of weeks, clients will have the opportunity to choose new offices and we will sign new agreements. The transition should be smooth and seamless to your business. We will make all arrangements for movers and assistance in packing and unpacking your offices. Remember: We are pros! We did the France Place to Northland Plaza move in just about 8 hours.
I will be at the center almost constantly over the next 3 months! If you have anyquestions or concerns, I will be happy to talk with you. I am scheduling appointments this week to speak with every client individually. The new center will carry us long into the future!
