France OffiCenter is Moving UP on August 1!

After 27 years in our original France OffiCenter location, we will moving to Northland Plaza at the end of July. It is an exciting move for our company in it’s 30 year of business. We are moving to a 15th floor location just across the freeway at 3800 American Boulevard West. That’s right! It’s the penthouse!

The move will allow us to provide our clients with the infrastructure to support today’s business people. The new site will have two distinctive locations for both the full time clients and an additional space for the conference center and VirtualOffiCenters use. The space will include free touchdown spaces, soft seating, wireless connectivity and technology that will be the most interactive spaces in the Twin Cities Area. The building also has more amenities that include covered parking, workout facilities and beautiful Class A finishes.

Many of our clients have signed on to move with us and we are pleased to say the new space is almost full. Construction crews are working hard to have everything completed prior to our move.

Lori Spiess, owner of OffiCenters, says “The original space was built in 1983 and although it has served us well, it is not the suite I would build today. It is not often you get to build your dream location. We are so lucky to have this opportunity.”
