Hope Avenue Twin Cities, OneCommunity Members at Minnetonka OffiCenters, is an outreach ministry that provides help, hope, and healing to those experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, poverty, and/or addiction. For over 14 years, they have provided services like a hot breakfast on Sunday mornings, laundry, foot-care, showers, recovery programs, and counseling to underserved communities.
