Movin Up August 1st 2013! HOT NEWS!

We are pleased to announce the opening of our newest center: OffiCenters at International Plaza! Does this sound like OLD news? Absolutely NOT! We are taking over the space and not as a management contract anymore. We are bringing International Plaza clients and staff into the fold as an official OffiCenter location. Our CEO, Lori Spiess just signed the documents to move our clients up to a new space on the 3rd floor of the building.

The suite will be 17,400 sf and will consist of 65 client offices and almost 4000 sf of coworking space that will include a cyber cafe, conference and training center, copy center and touchdown work spaces. Clients who are using our virtual programs will be allowed to use all 5 locations for touchdown space. When the announcement was made last week, the Second Floor clients were all scrambling to get their new office agreements. At the present time, we hope that most of our current clients will be moving with us. We will be showing the new spaces to the public after May 15.

Spiess stated, “I am so lucky to get to build the flexible work place of my dreams!” OffiCenters celebrates 32 years in business on June 1. “We have had excellent client relationships in this building, we just needed some new technology and a make-over.”

The new center will add a Cisco VoIP phone system and full wireless capabilities. Flat screen presentation technology will be added in the training center and the conference rooms. This center has always had a video conferencing center and it will be moved to the 3rd floor as well.
