Book Your Conference and Meeting Rooms Online!
We are thrilled to announce that online conference room booking goes live today! In order to access our Client Portal that enables you to book rooms online, you will first need to log in to our CONNECT B2B Directory. Then, select the center you want to meet at and scroll down to the RESERVE YOUR MEETING button seen above. Clicking that button will take you to our Client Care Portal and using your CONNECT credentials will allow you to begin booking online!
From the Client Care Portal you will be able to:
- Book a conference or meeting room at any of our five locations
- Receive a reservation confirmation and also meeting reminder email
- Change or cancel your reservation
Online booking is available for members of our community at the Virtual Basic level through Full-time Clients. If you need help with your username or with the process, ask an OffiCenters team member for assistance.
