I was introduced to LegalShield after researching wills. I found out that I could save a lot of time and money by having access to a law firm for legal advice and services. I started my business after having a conversation with a business owner who told me that the legal and identity theft services had changed her life and provided her peace of mind. I want to educate everyone about LegalShield because it can help people save time and money.
You were chosen as this month’s Success Member. Tell us about a recent Success.
I had a prospect contact me in October after she received a phone call regarding her personal information. She hung up and was very concerned that her identity was at risk. After many follow-ups calls over the next three months, she signed up to protect her family’s identity with IDShield.
No one likes to brag about their business, but if you HAD TO . . .
The greatest thing about LegalShield is getting the opportunity to help people get access to a law firm to provide affordable legal services that protects their families and business. I know that 7 out of 10 people don’t have a will, living will, health care directive and power of attorney. Everyone needs to have an identity theft service to protect them and to restore their identity when bad things happen.
We learn from our mistakes, especially in business. Give us some words of wisdom.
Don’t go into business yourself, find people to partner with so you can all help each other grow your businesses.
What “teacher” has made the most impact on your life and why?
Michael Thomas Sunnarborg, founder of The White Box Club (which helps people in transition), told me it’s all about giving back and helping others. If you can do that the money will come.
What might someone be surprised to know about you?
I have been a tour guide at USBank Stadium for the past 3 years and after every tour I get a standing ovation!
If you could have only one super power, what would it be and why?
In my line of work having super memory power would be a great asset. Since I am a connector, lead generator and educator for small businesses I would be able to quickly provide opportunities for more people.
What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?
I read an article that talks about the changing job market. Eight million older Americans are out of work or stuck in low-paying jobs that deny them the opportunity to accumulate enough money to be able to retire. I am very passionate about speaking to groups of people on how they need to have multiple streams of income to be able to have more time and freedom in their lives.
Why do you choose to WORK AWESOME at OffiCenters?
I live in Woodbury and the OffiCenters provides me with multiple locations to meet with prospects, clients and business partners in a professional setting. I enjoy the ability to meet people during network events and the working environment is very warm and friendly. Over the past three months I have seen an increase in my business and look forward to steady growth in 2019 because of OffiCenters.
