We both started working for a different property management company and we realized that there was so much more than just renting. Not only can we help people find rentals, but we can also convert them into homeowners. If they need help fixing their credit, finding financing, or bidding renovations to the home, we have all of those resources. It’s really fun being able to help people find their home, whether they are buying, selling, or renting.
You were chosen as this month’s Milestone Client. Tell us about your Milestone achievements.
We are extremely lucky to be where we are today. Our biggest milestone would probably be landing our biggest investor. To date, he has purchased over 90 homes in St Paul and we help with the buying, renovation, renting and eventually selling. Through this contract, we were also able to branch off and start a couple other companies;; a cleaning, and a renovation company.
No one likes to brag about their business, but if you HAD TO . . .
We pride ourselves on being one of the most versatile real estate companies out there. We are very well versed with buying, selling and renting properties. We are truly a full service real estate company.
We learn from our mistakes, especially in business. Give us some words of wisdom.
Trust your gut. Sometimes a business deal seems too good to be true. Make sure you research before jumping in head first.
Share the best advice you ever received.
Know the opportunity cost of every business deal you come across. Don’t let the nickels hide the dimes. Sometimes we are working way too hard for little profit, where if you focus your energy on your goals, you will have greater success.

Being with the family, on the lake at our cabin, beer in hand!
What might someone be surprised to know about you?
We are extremely young to have 4 kids and running a successful company. We currently own 4 companies.
Together we are stronger. Tell us something you like about being our client.
We love the flexibility and convenience of the office. We office from home and it’s a great resource for us for meeting clients. It’s such a clean and friendly space for meetings.
