There’s no doubt about it… booths are the most popular seating option in our coworking spaces. When we open the workspace each day, there is often a rush for members to claim their favorite seat. Just a reminder, booths are available to all members and can be booked for up to 2 hours with 24-hour notice. Reserve your spot with an OffiCenter team member for the date and time you need. This will ensure everyone has the opportunity to hold a meeting in a booth. Also, if you are using the booth, you cannot leave your computer set up if you leave for lunch or a meeting. If a booth is unoccupied and left vacant, our staff can remove your personal items and secure them in the business center. Please be aware that a booth can be used by 2 people and you may be asked to share if you are a single user. Keep all your belongings on one side of the table or the seat to accommodate another member. Lastly, keep the booth area clean and clutter free. Additionally, don’t leave food and dishes in the work area and make sure to wipe your table if you have any spills. Let’s keep the booths looking good for our community.
