The Buzz around Union Plaza

Right around the corner from Union Plaza OffiCenter, Target Field Station Transit Hub is NOW open as “The Grand Central Station in Minneapolis”. The station includes a platform that serves the new Green Line trains running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week between downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul and also now connects commuters to bus routes. Between the Northstar commuter rail and the Green and Blue Line there will be over 470 light-rail and commuter-rail trains arriving or departing daily from the transit station. This project is already having an impressive impact on downtown development, adding more than 90,000 jobs by 2030 as well as 100+ projects being built along the line, representing more than $2.5 billion is private development. Getting to and from downtown Minneapolis has never been so easy. What an exciting place to office!
