1) What would you like people to know about you and your business? We are a full service title company. We do everything from property searches for national companies, attorneys, agents and lenders, to insured closings. We represent buyers and sellers.
2) Where did you get the idea for your business? We have a combined 38 years in the title industry. Starting our own title company made sense.
3) What makes your business unique? We are a small company that offers specialized service to meet the needs of our customers.
4) What is your ‘elevator speech’? At Community Title & Escrow we care about our clients and strive to make every closing a wonderful experience for all involved.
5) What are the keys to your success? Close personal relationships with customers.
6) What is the one piece of advice you’d like to give to others about running a business? Hard work, long hours, big results.
7) How long have you been at OffiCenters? Which location? We are celebrating our 5 year anniversary this May. We office out of Bloomington, but utilize all locations for closings.
8) How has your relationship with OffiCenters changed your business? OffiCenters allows us to do closings at all five OffiCenter locations. That allows us to always find a convenient location for our customers.
9) If you could work from anywhere under the sun, where would you choose? At a marina in the Caribbean.
