March – Milestone

Dr.WarrenDr. Kyle Warren, D.C., full time client at France OffiCenter is our Milestone Client for March. He opened his practice in 2011 and is excited to be celebrating his 3rd year of business as of March 1st! The inspiration to start his practice came from his real life experience of getting the run-around from doctors, inaccurately diagnosing symptoms, along with his desire to help others. Every business has a story, tell us yours. Like many other business owners, the design for my business came out of one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I experienced some health problems and I unfortunately was not a cut and dry case.  Doctors did not know what to do with me. I felt like I was not being listened to. I felt down-trodden by a healthcare system that was designed to help a massive amount of people very quickly, but could not figure out anything out of the box (Like Me!). 

When I opened my own clinic 3 years ago, I designed it to serve people whom the traditional medical system had failed. We take a little extra time to evaluate and treat all our patients individually. I am proud to say that over the last 3 years I’ve had the privilege of helping over 200 clients work towards better health.

You were chosen as this month’s Milestone Client, why? I’ve been blessed to now be open 3 years in March of 2014. The first year was all about just getting the name out there and gaining some traction. I’m excited to now be entering the third year in business and be growing enough to hire another staff person to my business team.

No one likes to brag about their business, but if you HAD TO . . . I am very proud of the tracking I’ve been doing and how much better it has made me and the clinic. When you a see a doctor, do they know their success rate? Do they know it overall and a breakdown by condition? I think it is extremely important to measure success and know where you are succeeding and failing in any business. Just through paying attention and measuring I have greatly improved my positive patient outcomes with hot flashes and irritable bowel from more sporadic results I was getting 1 year ago. If you don’t measure and analyze how you are doing you never know where to need to work to improve.

We learn from our mistakes, especially in business. Give us some words of wisdom. I do not mean to sound cruel, but one of the biggest mistakes I made was trying to help everyone. I am here to help those who are willing and want to work with me. Don’t take on clients that aren’t ready for your services. It is not worth it.

Share the best advice you ever received. Make sure you spend time each week working ON your business not IN it.

Describe your perfect day off. Mountain biking in the deep woods of the northwest sounds terrific to me.

What might someone be surprised to know about you? My hair has not been long enough for me to see without a mirror ever in my life.
