CONNECT Story # 57

Michelle Bonahoom, President of VisionOne High Performance Group and Deb Sauder, CEO of Interact4Impact have known each other since 2007, when a close friend of Deb’s made the introduction. At the time they met, Deb was working in her business part-time and Michelle had just started VisionOne. In 2008, Michelle introduced Deb to the coaching program she completed and she encouraged her to become a distributor for Target Training International, a company that has developed highly validated, bias-free, and comprehensive workplace assessments. Both VisionOne and Interact4Impact use these assessments to assist with aligning, hiring, and developing leaders, emerging leaders, and individual team members in small to mid-size businesses.

VisionOne has become a highly sought-after consultancy that specializes in walking beside business owners to prepare for the future and navigate critical events including next-level growth, buying or selling, merging businesses, or leadership transitions. Their paths crossed again in 2015, when VisionOne and Interact4Impact served a mutual client and together they assessed, aligned, and equipped the entire organization with the skills, tools, and strategies needed to get the business back on track.

VisionOne and Interact4Impact have come together again to join forces recently in serving small to mid-size businesses from cradle to legacy. OffiCenters has supported Interact4Impact for the last two years in providing the space and amenities Deb and her team of outside consultants needed to grow. As Deb’s team members moved on to greater opportunities and VisionOne entered a growth transition, it made sense for Deb to join forces with the VisionOne team. OffiCenters provides all of VisionOne’s team members a professional space to meet with prospects, clients, and strategic alliances. It also supports VisionOne in being a collaborative, agile, lean, and high-performance group. Neither businesses are certain of what the future holds and yet they are certain that together they can make a significant impact for small to mid-size businesses in Minnesota and the surrounding states.
