Five years ago Barbara Rosenzweig was already running a successful business when she came to France OffiCenter looking to expand. Today Barbara’s success continues to grow; having more than 200 temporary staff on her roster as she painstakingly matches each of her workers with the dental office that will be the best fit for everyone involved. With customer service being her number one priority, Barbara strives to work toward her goal of being the number one dental staffing agency inMinnesota.
1) Who are you and what do you do? Dental/Med People, Inc. We staff temporary and Permanent Dental and Medical Professionals.
2) Which OffiCenters location does your business call ‘home-base’? France OffiCenters in Bloomington.
3) How long have you been an OffiCenters client? Since 8/1/07….Five years!
4) What is your ‘elevator speech’? We work with dental and medical offices and clinics to find the perfect employee for your office. We let you do what you do best and you let us do what we do best!
5) Where did you get the idea for your business? My husband had always thought that it would be a great career for me when I returned after being a stay at home mom. I had always considered staffing but thought that a distinctive niche market was important.
6) What makes your business unique? We offer professional staff that we have interviewed intensively and work with each individual office, clinic, or hospital to very specifically find the perfect fit so the employee can step right into their temporary or permanent position.
7) What are the keys to your success? Making customer service our #1 priority. I also have an incredible team of staffers. Both Ashley and Brenda get to know all of the people that we work with and know how to place them accordingly. They are wonderful at what they do. Most important we bring treats!
8) How has officing with OffiCenters changed your business? It has validated our success and instilled trust in our clients and staff.
9) What would you like people to know about you? I love what I do and we at Dental/Med People do it well. We support each other and all of us make sure that our families come first. We also have a great respect for each other.
10) Do you use social media to attract clients? If so, which services do you use? We have an interactive website for employees to upload resumes etc. onto. We have a fan page on Facebook and LinkedIn. We are also on Twitter. We would love for you to like us on our Facebook page.
11) What is one of your favorite quotes? “Anything is Possible”
12) Who has been an inspiration in your life, and how? My husband and my 3 girls. Barry has always believed in me and supported everything I have ever done. My girls have been an inspiration to prove to me that girls can achieve anything they aspire to.
13) When you have 30 minutes of free time, how do you use it? Spend time with my family and or read.
14) If you could be any fictional character, whom would you choose and why? Ann Marie (Marlo Thomas) in That Girl. She was a confident young woman who was not afraid to follow and reach for her dreams.
15) If you could be any animal, what would you be and why? A Lion because I could change the title to “Queen of the jungle”.
16) What is your favorite restaurant in Minnesota? Either Ocean Aire or Manny’s.
17) What is your favorite place to visit in Minnesota? Lake Harriet for a walk around the lake, a picnic, a concert and of course popcorn.

19) If you could paint a picture of any scenery you’ve ever seen before, what would you paint and why? My girls snuggled together on the couch or my husband on our wedding day.
20) What is your favorite part of being with OffiCenters? The professionalism of the staff and image that it has provided to my business. Also the support and friendships that I have made. I love coming to my office everyday.
