Both! Our workspaces were designed to offer private, lockable offices for focused head-down work, and shared spaces to encourage collaboration, community and connection. Members enjoy the best of both worlds!
Flexibility is key in a shared workspace. If you don’t know what your company will look like in six months, keep your options open. If you need to pivot at any point, we’re here to help you accomplish that. Month-to-month options available, as well as flex rentals by the hour, day, week or longer! This is a perfect solution if you need to escape and work on a project or time to do heads down work. Rates include a private office, phone, internet, and coffee. Positive energy and connections are free of charge!
Our members are given access to the OffiCenters portal where they can book meeting rooms at a 50% discount. Meeting rooms can be booked in just 30 minute increments. Non-members can reserve through our website or by calling 952-525-2220.
If your business does not have a dedicated office space, or you are working remotely, than yes, you should absolutely get a virtual business address. A virtual address is professionally-staffed and secure. We can receive your mail and packages and then forward, scan, recycle, shred or let you pick them up. Plans are fully customizable.
OffiCenters is open Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm. However, all Full-Time, Elite Plus, Elite, and Basic Plus members have 24/7 to their home location. Use it when it makes sense for you!
Yes, for a small one-time fee, you can be listed on your home location building directory. Your clients will find you with ease.
This sets us apart from our competitors, as most charge a monthly fee to be listed on their directories!
CoWorking packages have a one time set up fee of $75. Private office space set up fee is a one time $95. If we need to set-up phones or you have special IT needs, you’ll be charged time and materials based on your request. That’s it! You can sign up and get started the same day!
That’s the beauty of our flexible terms! You have the ability to use the coworking space, meeting rooms, and even a 24/7 office if that works for you. We have a full spectrum of flexible spaces on demand.
You may bring in your own desk, artwork, and equipment. We have plans for rental furniture if you need it. We are not a hotel and know that one size does not fit all. You can bring in what you need to do your best work.
Yes! Those interested in experiencing our workspace before committing to a membership can buy a trial week for $99. This will allow you to explore and determine if our space meets your needs. Referrals can be made for any membership type, whether Mail Service, CoWorking Plan, or Private Office.
We emphasize that this is a productive work environment. Our members come to the office to laser focus on their businesses. We ask you to leave the home distractions there so that everyone can do their best work here. Short answer: No. Unless you work at Woodbury OffiCenter, where socialized and quiet dogs are welcome, leash required.
