Amanda is a strategic operator with more than twenty years of experience, thirteen in the flexible workspace industry. Passionate about creating environments where people and businesses thrive, she is committed to fostering meaningful relationships, authentic collaboration, and enhanced productivity while maintaining a strong focus on workplace culture and member experience.

Lea oversees accounting and financial reporting for our entire organization. With over 20 years of experience and known to wear many hats, she also contributes to our overall business growth, offering support also in marketing, training and HR.

Julia earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Since joining OffiCenters in 2023, she’s supported member services, internal coordination, and marketing initiatives, contributing to a range of day-to-day operations and team projects.
