Press Release: OneCommunity, Giving Together
In conjuction with Give to the Max Day 2015, VirtualOffiCenters is pleased to announce OneCommunity, a spirit of giving program launching on November 11 at our Fall CONNECT Networking Party.
VirtualOffiCenters has supported many nonprofit organizations by selecting partners to donate monies, food, and goods/gift cards. Now, with OneCommunity, our amazing members can combine their talents for the greater good and band together to select local nonprofits that will benefit with tangible services.
A page on our website will be dedicated to OneCommunity. Any local nonprofit group can visit the online portal after November 11 to apply for in-kind help and support or request workspace and business services that will help serve their needs. A selection committee made up of our members will choose groups where we can make a difference.
It is our hope that OneCommunity will enrich the lives of those we serve within our workspaces. We are excited to see how OneCommunity can lift Minnesota nonprofit groups.
