Keep on Truckin’

Who’s ready for lunch?! The El Burrito Mercado food truck will be parked at International Plaza on Tuesday, September 6th, from 11am – 1:30pm in the surface lot on the south side of the building. Stop out and try their authentic Mexican cuisine, based out of St. Paul. And, keep watching the calendar, because other food trucks will be at International Plaza at least one day each week during the month of September. We will update you with the truck schedule as soon as one is available!
