Homeland Health Specialists will be onsite Wednesday, October 12th in the Bell Plaza Builing, Minneapolis Room (Suite 140), to host a Flu Shot Clinic. You can stop by to get your flu shot anytime between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 pm. To avoid having a large group congregating all at once for shots, we are kindly asking you sign using the red link on the side.
This will also notify Homeland Health that there are enough people for the event as their minimum requirement is 50 people.
As long as you carry insurance from the ones listed below, your shot will be covered:
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Health Partners
- Medica
- PreferredOne
- United Healthcare
If not, you can still sign up and pay for your shot individually.
