Roxane started as Istonish’s first full-time employee and has seen the company grow to now over 90. Continue reading to learn more about both Istonish and Roxane’s milestone achievements.

In 1990, sisters Annette and Victoria Quintana founded the company that would evolve into what Istonish is today. Their initial vision and dedication to creating an organization that was built on service, excellence and unbendable ethics, has led them from assisting companies and governmental agencies in finding the best technology talent, to now building and delivering IT solutions.

Istonish is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, but our reach is nationwide. A privately held company, Istonish’s clients span a diverse sampling of industries: Government entities, medical, energy, telecommunications, oil and gas, as well as small organizations and Fortune 15 companies.

You were chosen as this month’s Milestone Client. Tell us about your Milestone achievements.
With over 25 years in business, Istonish has established itself as a company with a strong foundation in community involvement. Istonish has been fortunate enough to be the recipient of numerous awards over the years, including:

One very important value that Istonish possesses, is to give back to the communities in which we do business. This includes aligning gifts and activities to support initiatives that are important, not only to our customers, but our employees as well. Whether we are donating time, money or equipment, Istonish is pleased to be a generous and supportive company.

What might someone be surprised to know about you?
I joined Istonish in Denver as the first full-time employee and that was 25 years ago. We now have over 90 employees and are a multi-million dollar organization.

Together we are stronger. Tell us something you like about being our client.
The flexibility and cost in being a virtual client along with having a great support staff.

If you could work anywhere under the sun, where would you choose?
As a virtual client and with the technology today I can work anywhere. I would choose at my lake home in WI during the spring, summer and fall and AZ or CA in the winter.
